  • President/Praesident - ​Curt Bauer - 414-708-2958
    • ​Presides as chairman at all business meetings. The President is the club representative at all social functions and is responsible for the execution of all rules and regulations. The President has the authority ot call directors' meetings.  
  • First VP/1 Vize Preaesident - ________
    • Assists the President whenever and wherever possible. In the absence of the President, the 1st Vice President shall preside with all the same rights and privileges of the President. 
  • Second VP/2. Vize Praesident - ________
    • In the absence of the 1st Vice President, the 2nd Vice President shall preside with all the same rights and privileges. 
    • The 2nd vice president has the special duty of directing and overseeing the work of the Fest Committee, which is made up of a chairman and the three property custodians. 
  • Corresponding Secretary / Public Relations Secretary / Webmaster / Webmeisterin - Sonja Baughman

    • Shall handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence of the club, and in the absence of the recording secretary, shall take the minutes of the meeting. 
    • It is the duty of the Public Relations Secretary to see that our club calendar is published in the papers in a timely manner and that club functions are advertised on the radio and in the press. No one except the Public Relations Secretary has the right to place any ads for the club at any time whatsoever. 
    • As times have changed, this role has shifted to also include Webmaster, which shall also handle all websites, media posts, and fliers for upcoming events. 
  • Recording Secretary/Pressechef - Susan Semrow
    • Shall record all business transacted at the regular and board meetings and shall present the minutes for approval at the next meeting. After approval, the minutes must be signed by two board members. The minutes should reflect all important matters discussed, along with the resulting decisions, and should be recorded in such a manner that it represents a chronicle of the club's activities. A yearly report of all club activities must be given at the general meeting. 
  • First Cashier / Kassierer - Marie Rohne
    • Must keep an accurate membership listing, accept dues payments from the members, and record all monies received in the ledger provided for this purpose. Before each monthly meeting, the 1st Kassierer is to turn over any monies collected to the treasurer. At club functions, the 1st Cashier is responsible for all ticket sales. 
  • Second Cashier / Kassierer - Amy Payne
    • ​Must take the place of the 1st Kassierer in the event of their absence. It is the 2nd Cashier's duty to assist the 1st Cashier whenever the need arises. 
  • Third Cashier / Kassierer - Elizabeth LaMarche
    • Assists the 1st and 2nd Cashier in the event one of them is not able to attend an event. 
  • Treasurer/Schatzmeister - Diana Bauer
    • ​Must have accurate and detailed records on all financial matters of the society. The Treasurer must deposit all monies received in a club-approved banking facility in a timely manner. The Treasurer makes payments ONLY as authorized by the board of directors or the club. All payments are to be made by check only. The club's financial record books are to be closed off by April 1st and a summary of all transactions must be given at the general meeting. 
  • Fest President/Fest Praesident - Mark Semrow
    • ​The Fest President is responsible for setting up the itinerary for all club functions, and this itinerary must be approved by the board of directors no less than four (4) weeks prior to a function. The Fest President has a right to call on any club members to work on committees in connection with a function, and they are required to follow his directions. 
  • Bummel Treasurer/Bummelschatzmeisterin - ​______

  • First Equipment Manager/1. Zeugwart - Allen Keinhert
    • The 1st Equipment Manager helps oversee all club equipment, maintaining an inventory, and coordinating with the 2nd and 3rd Equipment Manager the movement of our inventory to and from events. 
  • Second Equipment Manager/2. Zeugwart - ________
    • ​The 2nd Equipment Manager assis
    • In the absence of the 1st Equipment Manager, the 2nd Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing, maintaining inventory, and coordinating the movement of our inventory to and from club events with the assistance of the 3rd Equipment Manager. 
  • Third Equipment Manager/3. Zeugwart - ​ _______
    • Assists the 1st and 2nd Equipment Managers any way possible.
